Shipping arrangements for eOne packs and accessories

Deliveries are generally made between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The delivery person does not have a business telephone or GPS and appointments cannot be made for delivery. If no one is home, a non-delivery notice is left in the mailbox indicating the closest package pick-up centre. If you live in a building/apartment, the delivery person is not authorised to give your package to the caretaker. If the delivery person cannot access your mailbox, please provide a different address where the mailbox is available. Please be as clear as possible when filling in your delivery address; you can track your package by signing into the "My Account" area where a message concerning the delivery status of your package will be displayed. E-One shipping is usually taken care of by TNT. You can contact them by phone at 0825 033 033 (0.15 Eur TTC/min), Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m..

Accessories are usually shipped via Colissimo Expert. To track your package you can contact Coliposte at 0825 87 88 88 (0.15 Eur TTC/min.) Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you fail to provide the proper information so the delivery person can delivery your package or leave a non-delivery notice in the mailbox (missing access codes, no name on the mailbox, etc), the shipping company will bill us for a second delivery, thus making it necessary for us to bill you for the second delivery attempt. Future orders will not be fulfilled if you do not pay the invoice for the extra delivery attempt.
