Payment terms

In all cases, you pay the current deposit of €135 with your bank card. In accordance with the general conditions for sale, this deposit is applied to the sale price when the sale is finalized. By default this fee is deemed earned by the company E>Swin.

At the time the balance of your order is paid, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Cash payment
  • Payment in 3 instalments without additional charges
  • Payment in 11 instalments without additional charges

1.CASH PAYMENT

1.Payment by bank card

You can pay your account online using any of the following credit cards: MasterCard, EuroCard, Carte Bleue Visa by entering your card number, the expiration date, and the corresponding security code.

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology accepts payments securely.

B.Payment by check

You can pay for your order using a bank cheque.

2. Easy payment plans

A.3 INSTALMENTS AT NO EXTRA COST

BY CHEQUE:

You can pay in three instalments by sending us three cheques for the amounts indicated on the site at the time of payment, representing the total amount of your order (including ecotax and shipping costs) minus the €135 deposit.

We will deposit your cheques as follows:

  • the 1st cheque when your order is received.
  • the 2nd cheque 1 month after the order date.
  • the third cheque 2 months after the order date.

The three cheques must be sent along with the completed order form to the following address:

These payment plans are provided at no extra cost to you.

B.11 INSTALMENTS AT NO EXTRA COST

If you choose the 11 instalment payment option at no extra cost, and if your credit is approved, E>Swin agrees to provide this credit to you at no charge. You will not be charged any interest.

In accordance with article L 311-15 of the Consumer Code, you will have a 7 day reconsideration period from the time the order form is signed. To return the product, you'll need to send the return form, attached to the order form, dated and signed, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to E>Swin. The reconsideration period begins the day after the offer is signed and expires the seventh day at midnight. Decisions regarding the return option will be based on the send date, as indicated by the postal stamp. If the seventh day is a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday, the reconsideration period will be extended to the next business day.

Payments are to be made monthly, according to the following procedure:

You must include the following with your order form:

If paying by cheque

  • a cheque for €365 + ecotax + port charges, payable to E>Swin, which will be deposited on the order date
  • a photocopy of a piece of identification (valid identification card, residency permit, or passport)
  • proof of address (electricity bill, telephone bill, rent receipt, etc.)
  • ten cheques each made out for one tenth of the remaining balance, which is calculated by subtracting the deposit of €135 from the total amount of your order.

We will deposit your cheques as follows:

  • the 1st cheque, for €365 + ecotax + port charges, upon receipt of your order.
  • The ten following cheques as follows:
    • 1 months after the order date.
    • 2 months after the order date.
    • 3 months after the order date.
    • 4 months after the order date.
    • 5 months after the order date.
    • 6 months after the order date.
    • 7 months after the order date.
    • 8 months after the order date.
    • 9 months after the order date.
    • 10 months after the order date.

You can pre-pay the balance owing in whole or in part at any time without reason and without penalty. To pre-pay, all you have to do is instruct us by mail or email to deposit one or several of the postdated cheques already submitted.

The benefit of the "11 installments at no extra cost" comes to an end the moment that a single cheque is not honoured when deposited. In the event that a cheque is not honoured and the payment remains unpaid, E>Swin shall have the right to demand payment in full of the remaining balance, plus a 10% penalty and late payment interest at a rate of 7% per year which will begin to accrue when the client receives notification from E>Swin that one of the payments was missed. If applicable, the interest will accumulate in compliance with the provisions of article 1154 of the Civil Code.

3.Return option

In accordance with the provisions of article L 311-15 of the Consumer Code, you will haven a 7 day reconsideration period from the time the order form is signed. If you decide to cancel your order, you must send the completed return form, which is attached to the order form, dated and signed, as a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to E>Swin, 5, rue de la Noue, 78113 Adainville. The reconsideration period begins the day after the offer is signed and expires the seventh day at midnight. Decisions regarding the return option will be based on the send date, as indicated by the postal stamp. If the seventh day is a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday, the reconsideration period will be extended to the next business day. In this case, E>Swin will return the 10 cheques, each made out for 1/10 of the remaining balance and will return the sum of ........ Euros paid. However, as soon as the order is canceled, the deposit of €135 will be deemed earned by the company in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale to which you agreed at the time of reservation.

4.Review of cheque legislation

We would like to remind you that the legislation applicable to cheques prohibits placing a stop payment on one unless it is lost or stolen.

5.Conditions of the offer

Fees and conditions in effect on 01/09/2008 are subject to change. Offer reserved to private persons of legal age.

6.Discount

If you opt for payment in cash, you will receive a discount of 3.3 % (article L 311-6 of the Consumer Code).

    First I'd like to thank YV for letting me be the beta-tester. Upon unpacking the E>One you'll find a device with a top of the range finish and high quality plastics that have been properly assembled and adjusted. The materials have a pleasant feel. You can tell that the device was built to last. The E>One has an elegant, clean and harmonious design. The applicator design makes it easy to use whether you are right or left-handed.
    At the moment, the E>One is happiness.
    In the areas missed during treatment the hair grows back normally, while there is almost no hair left in the treated areas.
    On my face, several beard hairs have fallen out and those that haven't are easily shaved. I am completely satisfied with the result.

    After a week it was growing, but 10% of the hairs came out easily with a little tug. I tested it on the tops of my thighs, bikini line, and the base of my penis.
    I was quite impressed with the experience. I also did the nape of my neck. A little prick with each flash and a burning sensation for 2 hours. I tested it on my chin and mustache on Friday. It didn't feel very pleasant. As far as results go, in my bikini area, 95% of the hair fell out. Using the device is a bit like playing a game: you want to test it everywhere just to see.
    There were a few areas where the flash treatments were not properly applied. Groin and base of penis were perfect.
    Testicles and below: the hair started falling out one week after the first treatment.
    Last week I did part of my beard (under my jaw line and adam's apple, mustache). SIgnificant redness under the jawline, pimples... started to disappear after a week, along with the hair. Growth is slower with bare patches. It's strange when I wake up in the morning. The result is almost perfect.
